New Arrivals- A French Denim Affair
New Arrivals
A full week of new season pieces has come through the doors at Kloof Street. Newly arrived French denim, the softest camel knits, two new coats, and the rain jackets you are about to need. Here is everything that is new.
A French Affair
Our new Le Temps des Cerises jeans have arrived this week from Paris. If you have not worn the label before, this is the week to start. The denim is washed and worked the way only the French seem to bother with, the fits are honest, and every pair feels broken in from the first wear. Click any pair to see it up close.
The Coat & Knit Room
Every coat and every knit below counts toward the offer, so you can pair a coat with a coat, a knit with a knit, or fold the two into one warm outfit and let the second come home at half price. The Julianne coat arrived twice over, in camel and in charcoal, and the fur pieces are already moving.
Also In This Week
A little more from Gordon Smith to carry you between the heavy layers, in the easy shirting the label does so well.
When the Sky Opens
It has rained most of the week, and the forecast is not letting up any time soon. Cape Town has settled into the grey, wet stretch of winter, and it looks like staying that way for a good while yet. These are the jackets we reach for when the sky opens. Every one keeps the water out, and none of them make you look like you have given up for the season.
Tales of the City
This week Lance takes the new arrivals off the rail and onto the street. Three looks built from the pieces that came in this week, styled for the way a Cape Town winter actually unfolds, from slow market mornings to city streets to the first bright promise of the coast. Soft Utility
Crisp winter mornings, coffee dates and weekend markets.
Soft neutrals meet earthy olive tones in a look that is relaxed yet polished. The quilted longline coat adds warmth without bulk, layered over a textured colour-block knit and finished with olive corduroy trousers for rich texture. Neutral trainers keep it practical for busy days while holding a refined finish.

Modern Monochrome
Cape Town city streets and timeless minimalist dressing.
A charcoal palette proves that simplicity never goes out of style. A tailored long coat creates a sleek silhouette over a cable-knit roll-neck, while wide-leg trousers add movement and sophistication. Finished with classic leather ankle boots, this is an outfit that moves seamlessly from work to dinner.

Coastal Classic
Seaside escapes and effortless French Riviera style.
Fresh stripes, soft neutrals and classic accessories create a look made for sunny days. A blue striped cotton shirt is paired with relaxed stone chinos, while a cable-knit draped over the shoulders adds a timeless preppy touch. Finished with a woven sun hat, leather belt and casual sneakers, it is the perfect blend of smart and relaxed.
Come and See It in Person
All of it is on the floor at 79 Kloof Street, and online for the rest of the country. New pieces land every week, so if something here has your name on it, do not wait too long. Once a size is gone this season, it tends to stay gone.
